Happy Halloween

For Halloween, Emily was a princess, what else would she have been? And Jake was a cowboy. We borrowed real boots from some friends from church, but Jake has these chore boots that he has come to love, and he couldn't be talked out of them. They look great with his costume, but they were amazingly smelly. Maybe it's my pregnant nose, but each time he wears the boots, I can smell his socks from across the room! Just like an authentic cowboy... , or maybe like his momma!! :)

Emily and Jake had a wonderful time, we only made a few stops at grandparents, and Uncle Matt and Aunt D, and a few friends. We ended our evening in Inman with my parents and grandparents for a yummy lasagna supper. The kids were bouncing off the walls and ate as much candy as their little tummys allowed. We figured the quicker it's all gone the fewer days to rot their teeth and try to ration it all out. Thanks to Uncle Matt and Aunt D, the kids have had a blast brushing their teeth with new brushes and their own special paste.

Hi Amy! I found your blog through Sarah's. This may be the first time I've ever seen your husband.

Have a great week! Only 2 days! :)
