Bethel Fall Fest

I was in charge of the Schmeck Haus at Fall Fest. Which is a booth that serves something wonderful called New Year's Cookies. For those of you unfortunate enough to have never experienced a New Year's Cookie, picture a raisin speckled dough ball deep fat fried and coated with sugar (tastes like a donut, but different shape). Because I was in the Schmeck Haus most of the day, Pat was busy a bulk of the day with the kids. They brought the camera along, but it stayed parked in the stroller by the Schmeck Haus all morning, so we don't have any great pictures of their joyful faces as they slide down the giant slide together, or met some friendly animal friends in the petting zoo. However, we did capture their enjoyment of a New Year's Cookie!
